If connect_to_or_start_server is called with different ansys paths is still reconnects to the same server

To reproduce:

call connect_to_or_start_server() (without arguments)=> error related to licensing is shown
call connect_to_or_start_server(ansys_path=) with a different ansys_version. It looks like it tries to connect to the server started in the first call.
