Extra changes to make the repo public (related to CI CD).
⚠️ Among changes, the way the project is released changes to leverage ansys/actions/release-pypi-public@v5. This induces that the part associated to the release note isn't leveraged anymore. We can discuss about it if you want and even see with the team if the release-pypi-public could be extended with a release note.
Changes that should be included (and are not yet):
remove doc-style to use pre-commit.ci
remove current PR title checking or make it compatible with open sourcing
