Message creation needs to be standardized across the API so it follow the following guidlines:
If the message is only used once in one specific module, just create it in the method that needs it
If the message is used multiple times but only in one module, create a private helper method in that module to generate those messages
If the message is used across multiple modules, add a creation method in messages.py

Remove any QueryBuilder classes and refactor the message creation methods in them according to the above guidelines
In messages.py, check if each method really needs to be there (i.e. it used in multiple modules). If not, place it accordingly using the above guidelines.
