fix versioning of jquery in deep pixel html and copy bootstrap css across #457

The deep pixel HTML we use to embed the deep pixel picture was not versioning jquery

Also, we are not copying the bootstrap css file. Minor, but for versions of EnSight where deep pixel pictures in PyEnSight work (242 for example) the output is ugly without the css
