Upgrades:

Using PyFluent 0.18.1
Using the 24R1 API
Converting TUI calls to Settings API calls where possible

Note: CHT and brake disc examples still don't work properly due to issues with PyVista. I've reached out to the original code authors to figure out solutions.

Latest change on updating .msh to .msh.h5 files is dependent on changes made in this PR: https://github.com/ansys/example-data/pull/214
