no print output for "dry_run" argument

🐞 Description of the bug

when using the argument dry_run no output is displayed to the user, contrary to the documentation statement https://fluent.docs.pyansys.com/version/stable/api/general/launcher/index.html#:~:text=also%20fluent_container.-,dry_runbool,-%2C%20optional

📝 Steps to reproduce

run launch_fluent command with any args including dry_run=True
in terminal see that no information on fluent run is printed

@millerj97, did you try it for docker or standalone fluent? This should only work in the docker mode (container mode). Could you please confirm once? We will update the doc with the argument though, to make it clearer.
