Ensure 'Dependabot Approve' workflow is copied to all PyGranta repos

The Dependabot Approve workflow is deployed on the bomanalytics repo, which automatically approves dependabot PRs, ultimately reducing the number of clicks to merge the PR to two (open the PR, click merge). We should ensure this is available on all PyGranta repos.
