Added 00_basic and 01_tips_n_tricks examples from the pymechanical repo to this repo. Below is what the remote examples webpage will look like with these changes.

@klmcadams Great job. I mostly made minor edits, changing titles to sentence case. Based on the screen captures, other content in the Mechanical examples should be edited in a similar manner. Did you want me to check out this branch and do an edit of all the examples?

@PipKat Thank you! I applied your suggestions to the rest of the files in this repository. If you see anything that should still be changed, could you let me know? If it would be easier, feel free to check out this branch and edit the examples instead
