fix: no need to set the value for TYPE_CHECKING #41

IDEs set that value to true by default - no need to set it manually cause it will interfere with the Ansys Mechanical globals. I'm not sure if this change has to be done somewhere else in the docs but if so, please handle it @klmcadams
