Mapping from C# to python:

System.String -> str
System.Boolean -> bool
System.Collections.Generic.IList -> typing.List
System.Collections.Generic.IEnumerable -> typing.Iterable
System.Object -> typing.Any

We should perform these substitutions when building the stubs.
