Version option of launch_mechanical #40

I tried to use launch_mechanical() with version 2022R2 and would either expect it to:

fail with a message saying the version is not comptabile,
or to return a warning message saying that this is only available from 2023R1 onwards. However the 'version' info seems to be simply ignored and a Mechanical instance is launched but with version 2023R1:

@pmaroneh - version information is used only during the PyPIM scenarios ( ansys lab environment for example).

Please refer the 'exec_file' and 'version' parameter details of the launch_mechanical(). I didn't point to any links, since we have only 'dev' documentation.

In your scenario, PyPIM was not configured and exec_file was not specified, hence it started v231.
