sherlock.lifecycle.load_thermal_profile() errors unexpectedly

🐞 Description of the bug

sherlock.lifecycle.load_thermal_profile(project="Test", phase_name="Example", event_name="Test1", file_path=path) is erroring with correct parameters. I attached the .csv file used. It returns no message error at all, just an empty string
