Updates for new release targeting 24.2

[iboyd-ansys]

• Default version to 24.2.
• Minor doc changes to account for this.
• Examples regenerated.
• Also incorporated some recent doc changes into the example source - these had been committed into the generated files (Note: this is the sort of issue that will be avoided when we can generate example doc on GitHub.)
• Had to fix an issue that had crept into the doc strings queried from SyC. We need to be careful to backslash escape asterisks used in things like filename wildcards - otherwise, Sphinx interprets as start of emphasised text.
