follow up of abandoned PR #126 (part 2) :

This PR introduces new capabilities regarding 3D field visualization

it adds new APIs (TBROM, TwinModel) to project field data onto given mesh, and update the resulting field with respect to current Twin states
associated unit testing
new examples illustrating the mesh projection workflow for CFD and FEA models

It adds the necessary dependencies and updates the CI workflow to install a DPF server when building the documentation and running the examples
