feat: Add an action for running the tests of a SCADE Suite model

The action wraps scade.exe -test -tee and provides following parameters:

• SCADE installation directory
• SCADE Test project
• SCADE Test results project
• Configuration

The action returns the path of the directory containing the raw results.
