The last tag is from Feb 28, 2020 and states version 4.0.0. When looking at the number of commits since then and that the website states version 5.3.2, it seems that tags are no longer created. It would be great if you could add tags again, allowing consumers of this repository which are not using the npm packages to rely on those tags instead of the unknown state of the master branch and give them the chance to see breaking changes and opt-in to them. Nearly all other icon libraries do that as well.
