Badge information doesn't show on Tab #74

antd-mobile version：2.2.1
react-native version：0.55.4
OS：Mac OS

I see the demo from ant design has badge support but in ant-mobile-rn demo I don't see a demo with badge. I also reviewed the source codes and it seems rn Tab doesn't support badge. Could you confirm that badge support is not in version 2.2.1?
