Unable to view consumed data in antScribe platform

Detailed Description:

Currently, users cannot view the amount of data they have consumed. As users have a limited word count per month, they must be able to track their usage and see what is remaining.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Log in to the antScribe platform.
2. Attempt to find a section or feature that displays the consumed data.
3. Notice that no information is available regarding the data consumed.

Possible Solutions:

• Implement a stats and usage component to show details about the platform use.
• Always show the consumption of the day and the remaining consumption for the current month to the user

It's done in the server through the table openai_usage. We have to create the queries and actions/methods
