Add GPU image of Ant Media Server on Azure Marketplace #4582

Short description

On Azure Marketplace, the AMS Enterprise image is currently available for compute optimized instances. There should also be an image for the GPU instance type.

Please don't select all GPU instance types. Some of them are AMD instance types. For example, NVv4 instances have AMD-type graphic cards. We shouldn't select these types. Just let you know @muratugureminoglu
