Publish the meeting to youtube with customizable responsive layout

Here are the steps to do it:

Start recording in Circle. This will create a stream with a stream id like {Room Name}_composite.
Add Youtube RTMP URL to the created composite stream as an RTMP Endpoint as documented here.

Note: with this method layout is determined by Circle.
