Added the missing dependency, and copied over the Play.html for playback on recorded media.

Thank you @kod3000 for the Pull Request. We understand what you want to do. We offer such a solution: instead of adding play.html to the custom applications we may add an embedded player to the Management Panel. So we created this issue: https://github.com/ant-media/Ant-Media-Server/issues/5967 Does it work for you?
