Streams stuck when deleting the node (which hosts the participants) #347

  1. Create 2 nodes
  2. Connect 3 participants
  3. Then delete one node which hosts participants
  4. Check the dashboard and conference room

Expected: We should continue the conference after each participants reconnect automatically

Observed: Streams stucks and some participants always try reconnect and the others can see him

Tried on meet server several but not reproduced. Everytime reconnection recovered successfully in this failover scenario.
