I've modified mChimpX for my own needs to work better with interest groupings and MailChimp API v.2.0. Please use any of my changes if you like.

Hello @yoleg, thanks for this PR, it helped me a lot to quickly jump into stable state(as MC API v 1.x isn't supported but 2.0 is OK, API 3.0 will take more time for implementation). I have to decline this PR due to some conflicts, anyway all your improvements were added and your name is on the board of honor :) Transport package was sent to modx llc, hope to see it soon among extras.
