High pitched noise #71

Hi, Thanks all of the contributors of this project. Really helpful. I wanted to put my two cents to this project. Just if anyone is having the same symptoms in the GUUDGO SC-03. My camera is using the sd hack and it always produced this annoying high pitched noise. Doing some tests, I have found out that it you use the goke_volume with negative values, the noise disappears. So I have modified the file in the sd with a -1 in the parameter of goke_volume:

/media/hack/goke_volume -s -1

So far, the noise is gone and I have not seen any side-effects.

Great finding, I've been trying the goke_volume -s 0, which does not remove the high pitched sound for me. Will try your way.

Which firmware version do you use?

My SC-03 is pretty new (less than month since order) and for me the sd card recording (even without "hack") does not work at all if there is not internet connection of the cam or app.... I've written in another thread/issue here, but ppl don't seem to be very active here.
