Hall of Fame credentials #17

The hall of fame considerations are also a bit rough. It seems like you need to win at least two POTY awards to get into the league one. While maybe not every one-year wonder POTY deserves to get in, there could be a little more flexibility there (though I do like that there's a difference in the league and team hall of fame). - Dragoon518
