Add Achievements/Badges (Google Play API) #45

Adding badges for things like: winning conference winning national title winning each bowl game recruiting 5-star recruit getting fired getting promotion gaining each contract type (5 or 6 total) getting a top transfer coaching x number of all-americans coaching a heisman winner etc.

Should be an good addition
