Transfer/Roster Size #49

Id like an Option to Turn Down Transfers. Sometimes We Just dont want them on our roster. Id also like to be allowed to cut players off my roster. Sometimes a coach just has to cut a players roster spot or reccomend him to transfer somewhere he can play.

Sounds like a good idea I can also add what if we have the can to bid for transfers Eg. A player was bought for $400 - he's taking a transfer in his senior year so his price should be $100 for transfer if we want him and the fact that he only has one year left his price would have cut tremendously

Been contemplating adding this in actually. A cut player option. Would require a large re-write (i think) of the recruiting/end of season portion of the game. I also am thinking of adding a pre-season roster cut/redshirt feature too. But both of these require a bit of work. Still have ideas and some hidden code in my source right now that attempts at it.

As an update to this, I have a lot of the coding done for both Transfer and Suspension acknowledgement but I have not implemented it because it may require some additional re-writing of other areas of the game.
