Update custom field for bugs #349

Greetings, I want to update the value of a custom field based on the parent task's assignee.

If it is a bug and has parent task - fetch the parent task assignee and update it in the custom value field "parent_Issue_id_Assignee". It is a dropdown of type user.

FYI: Tracker for bug = 1, custom field id = 40
