The Akashi timers (displayed at hp) are shown in the FleetInfo view even Akashi isn't organized into the showing fleet.
For example, Akashi is organized into 1st fleet, showing 3rd fleet in the FleetInfo view, then the timer is shown for all ships who are damaged.
Also, if Akashi does not have enough Ship Repair Facility, the number of ship repairable decreases. I forgot this too.
They're bugs that I didn't notice when I implemented and tested them, I'll sooner fix them.
