chore: `os.platform()` to lower case #137

Description

I occasionally meet [ni] Detected ${agent} but it doesn't seem to be installed. at first install while the agent is actually installed.

It would be normal in the second trial while the situation comes out and that does make me confused.

I am not sure this PR. But maybe have something to do with it?

I think it should always be lowercases: https://nodejs.org/api/os.html#osplatform
