docs: include jsdocs link #14

Description

This PR includes a link/shield to jsdocs.io (and mit license):

https://www.jsdocs.io/package/package-manager-detector

We can add some jsdocs to existing methods and some types/interfaces to solve #13

Cool! Maybe we can also add some text in the readme at the end of the current examples saying you can see more on jsdocs.io in case people don't pay attention to the badge?
