I find myself looking for your other plugin (their names sound the same) that works with SSR. I know I have read about it and there are two plugins available, and there is a nice comparison somewhere but I cannot find it to switch plugins atm.
I think it might be a good idea to add a little note about this in the Readme and link to that comparison.
