el.appendChild(rect) fails with css "position: relative;" on ie8 #37

What steps will reproduce the problem?
load the attached file with border-ratius.htc in same directory using IE8

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
gives "unexpected call to method" error on line 98

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
v3 on XP with IE8.
