I've tested this on Ubuntu and think it's working - but I don't have Amazon access and I'm new to Ansible so it definitely needs more testing before being merged.

If you're busy, feel free to just leave this open until you have time to review it or just reject it if that's easier for you - I just appreciated the chance to try out Ansible and figured I might as well create a merge request in case it's helpful (and for Hacktoberfest). :)

Hi @ShahneRodgers thank you for taking time to implement the Chrony changes. From overview your changes looks okay to me. Please let me do a quick test over weekend and then merge your changes in. Just for your information, I am going to test the changes using Amazon Linux 2 VirtualBox image. You can find VM images here: https://cdn.amazonlinux.com/os-images/2.0.20190823.1/
