Are there any law restrictions for using this RF transmitter in europe?

Apparently, these transmitters can be used without restrictions, as long as the transmission power does not exceed 10mW. However, some of these transmitters have several frequency bands. We should only use the 433MHz bands, i.e. not the 315MHz bands, which seem not to be covered by the following european law.

Notice, that these kind of transmitters are usually used in remote controls to open garage doors for example.
