Stats redesign #18

As a player, I should expect:

[ ] I understand at a glance what the stats are intuitively (i.e. what are the stats? do we need to change the icons?)
- Money
- Player Character health and wellbeing
- Impact
- Skills
[ ] I can preview the consequences of my actions on the stats when I hover or focus on the yes and no buttons

Perhaps there should also be a time element where you can only take on so many projects and if you choose bad ones then you can't choose the good ones.
