Feature Request: exclude drawing combination #1

It would be great to being able to exclude combination from the drawing (eg you do not want to have couple members to be drawn by each other). It would be set either by the administrator or by each user when they choose to participate in the drawing.

And that would allow to have exclusions like : not the person I gave a gift last time.

Interesting but complex feature... @X-dark do you have any idea of the UI that could satisfy such feature?
