Currently, the preset list is only updated when:

plugin instance is created;
new preset is saved ("SAVE AS" or "SAVE" on an unsaved preset).

This leads to an issue when multiple instances of the plugin are used. If one instance saves a new preset, other instances will not display the new preset.
