Re-selecting a preset should recall the preset state #30

Currently, if you select a preset, modify the plugin parameters, and select the same preset again, nothing happens. Re-selecting the preset does not reset the plugin to the state stored in the preset.

Instead, re-selecting a preset should always recall its parameter state. This allows to reset any unsaved modifications made to the preset, if desired.
