All user-controlled parameters are being smoothed to prevent discontinuities in the signal. Smoothing feels natural on delay/chorus/reverb parameters, but might be more noticeable on gain parameters (Input, Output, Dry/Wet).
Test fast (step) automation to gauge how noticeable and desirable is the smoothing on the gain parameters.
Note: in a brief test faster smoothing meant that furiously tweaking a parameter could lead to mild sine wave distortion. Current smoothing makes it practically impossible.
