Add tempo sync for modulation rate #51

Allow the modulation LFO to be synced to host tempo. Continually adjust the LFO phase to avoid drift and stay in sync. This should also take care of variable tempo.

Implement according to #52.

NB:

Some hosts (Audacity) don't have a playhead. Handle that. Somehow.
