Buttons have keyboard focus by default and react to pressing "Return" #66

Until full keyboard control #61 is implemented, we want to disable all keyboard control of the plugin to avoid confusion.

However, currently all buttons (preset management buttons and Feedback "Invert" toggle) respond to pressing "Enter".
