Make the plugin UI resizable #70

Add option to change the scale of the plugin UI continuously or in steps. Allow scaling up to 200%.

UI scaling would be our way to comply with the following Web Content Accessibility Guidelines:

1.4.4 Resize text [AA] 1.4.4 Reference Text can be resized without assistive technology up to 200%.
