APS Service Catalog - NetSuite #9

We recently went through and updated our APS service catalog. It has business and technical services we support with the SLA, priority levels, monitoring and support team designations.

While NetSuite is managed in the finance group by you and the team, I wanted to see if you wanted to add it to these catalogs so the service and support is documented. Not required, just thought I would check in. There is more detail on the catalog below. Take a look and let me know if you want to add something for NetSuite and how you want to define it.
