accelerated scrolling stops intermittently #262

Accelerated scrolling sometimes stops working in Lightning. I don't know if this is a known issue, a bug with some websites or related to the CM-based ROM I'm using (BlissPop 06-23 Stable on XT1039). Any idea?

I have seen this bug but am unsure of the cause right now.

same here, with cyanogenmod 12.1-20150926-NIGHTLY on amami (z1 compact) i haven't seen this behaviour in other apps

@tbdal by other apps do you mean other browsers or just normal apps, because this is related to the WebView.

@anthonycr i haven't seen this behaviour in any other app. the other web browser i used before was firefox. i can try also other WebView-based browsers if that would give you a hint.

I can reproduce this bug every time on Samsung Galaxy S4 & Cyanogenmod 12.1 when tapping link which is automatically opened into a new tab, for example any link in Facebook post pointing outside FB. Scrolling is not fixed even if I change back to source tab and then back to tab which was opened automatically.

If I manually open same link to new tab, accelerated scrolling works fine. Would be nice to have a fix.
