Enable ad blocking by default #360

I think ad blocking should be enabled by default. Ads and the associated tracking have questionable value, and blocking them by default would make Lightning unique, as well as improving performance for many users.

Thoughts ?

Would definately like to see it on by default aswell. I'm tired of seeing ads all day, it's not like people wake up wondering what ads they get to see today. A truely good service would allow people to donate rather than serving them with distracting intrusive ads.

Somewhat related: Asus is going to preinstall and enable AdBlock by default next year on all its phones and tablets, so why not do this in Lightning too ?
