Browser Engine #386

How can I update the browser engine. It is currently chrome 30. It is too old.

If you have Android Lollipop or newer, update this app: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.google.android.webview

Otherwise you could probably recompile the system with a newer version.
