SQLAgent tab doesn't honor job owner when using 'edit job' #105

Steps to Reproduce:

1 .Create a job in SSMS with an owner of not your login

  1. In ADS, open Server dashboard, switch to or add SQLAgent tab
  2. Select the job you created in SSMS
  3. In job details, choose edit job
  4. In the pop-out pane, job owner is shown as current user, not the actual owner if viewed in SSMS
  5. If you make no edits, but click OK, the job owner is set to the current user (if that has permission to change the job owner), and this can be checked in SSMS.

ADS should honor existing job owners, and definitely not replace the owner is there have been no edits to that property.
