Query Plan horizontal scrollbar disappears when view made narrower #1081

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Run a query with Explain option
  2. Reduce width of query editor document

Expected: Scrollbar is visible when needed

Actual: Scrollbar disappears as view is made narrower. It looks like the Query Text is wrapping causing the document height to increase forcing the horizontal scrollbar outside the visible region. The effect is the scrollbar is missing when needed the most.
