Edit Step OK button doesn't do anything when adding new Job

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Open "New Job" dialog
2. Add a New Step to the New Job
3. Edit the step added in step 2
4. Click the OK button

Expected: Steps changes are retained

Actual: OK button doesn't do anything

Note the below error in the dev console

[Extension Host] Job name must be provided (at DialogImpl.initializeDialog.__awaiter.dialog.registerCloseValidator [as _closeValidator] (C:\Users\karlb\.azuredatastudio\extensions\microsoft.agent-0.40.0\out\dialogs\jobStepDialog.js:472:29))
